As the principal owner, Charles works with you to design and build your most valuable asset– your home. He stays engaged and is personally on-site through the design and construction process to ensure your project is built to the highest quality standards. His homes can be seen in Westhaven, Ladd Park, Waterleaf, Thompsons Station, and on private owner lots up and down highways in Franklin. Charles’ homes are always exceptionally beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable. If you see one, you can see the difference in quality. He doesn’t settle for the cheapest trades. Instead, he has invested years into his relationships with architects, structural engineers, designers, and specialized tradespeople to assure quality, pricing, and continuity in all stages of construction.

All of Charles’ projects are done on a cost-plus basis. This allows the homeowner total transparency by seeing all the invoices personally. It also allows for more cost control at every stage of the build. Charles has never charged for a change order.
