About Us

Charles Strock, owner, is a graduate of Texas A&M where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Math. He was in the Corps of Cadets during his college years and graduated as a lieutenant in the Air Force. He went on to rise to a Captain and pilot in the Air Force. He has a masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Charles has built several hundred homes in the last ten years ranging in price from $500,000 up to $3.2m. Strock was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up as a military kid, the son of retired Colonel Vibert Strock. He, his wife have three daughters, ages 17-22. He and his family reside in Franklin where they are involved in Church of the City, Page High Soccer, Lifetime Fitness and the Nashville Boat Club. Strock holds a residential contractor’s license in Tennessee.

Our Process

Step 1 – Planning & Design

We will set up a meeting to review your project or land. We can give you a ballpark estimate of the cost once we know the design elements and square footage.

Step 2 – Permitting, Site Preparation, & Construction

We will organize all permits and applications necessary to complete your project. Once all permits are obtained, we begin site preparation and construction. We walk through every square foot of your project to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Step 3 – Completion

We will complete your job on a time and budget.
